Blueberries

Early Blue blueberries are ripe and ready to pick at Sauvie Island Farms.
$2.50 per lb for u-pick.

We also still have nice Hood and Shuksan strawberries.  They are easy to pick and sweet. This may be the last weekend for strawberries. We are hoping to pick into next week, but the predicted hot weather may cause them to finish up quickly.

Young spinach, kale and swiss chard are ready for harvest.

Shasta daisies, hydrangea, hollyhock, lilies and lavender are blooming in the u-cut gardens.

Strawberries at Sauvie Island Farms

Hood and Shuksan Strawberries are ripening quickly.  Lots of beautiful, sweet berries need to be picked this week.  We are in the peak of strawberry season, it won't last much longer.  The strawberry patch is loaded with sweet fruit.  Come out soon!!

We have a young patch of spinach that you can pick in this week.  There are lots of veggies growing for harvest in several more weeks.

Also waiting for more flowers to bloom.  Most of the peonies have been cut, or have bloomed.

We have noticed some blueberries starting to turn color, and a few raspberries trying red.  It will be a couple of weeks before these berries are ripe and ready to pick.

We had an early start to strawberry season this year.  Thanks to all who have come out to pick these Oregon beauties.  We are looking forward to a good harvest season this summer.

Our hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm  Closed Sundays.
